Business decisions need more than one system’s version of the truth.
SixDegree exists because the evidence behind a forecast, renewal, customer escalation, or operational decision is scattered across systems that each know only part of the story.
The goal is not one version of the truth.
The goal is enough context to make the right decision and to explain it. Forcing every system into one overwritten record removes the very history, ownership, and disagreement that make a decision defensible.

Sources stay authoritative.
Salesforce still owns the opportunity. Stripe still owns the invoice. Support still owns the ticket. SixDegree connects the evidence without pretending to replace the systems that produced it.
- 02
Disagreement is evidence.
A CRM amount, billing amount, and usage signal can all be true in different ways. We preserve the difference, the source, and the observed time so a team can understand what changed instead of flattening it away.

Answers should show their work.
A useful answer is traceable: what records support it, when each system reported it, and which relationship connects it to the decision at hand.
What we are building
SixDegree resolves records from CRM, support, product usage, billing, conversations, customer success, and engineering into shared entities, relationships, and dated observations.
The result is an operational graph where every answer retains its source, disagreement is preserved, and access remains explicit.
How we start
We begin with one business question and only the systems required to answer it. The first deployment can remain read-only while the team verifies identity, relationships, evidence, and time.
Once the result earns trust, the same graph can support monitoring, agents, and deliberately scoped actions.
