Connect what Gong heard to what changed outside the call.

Conversation evidence matters most when it is connected to the opportunity, customer, product behavior, support history, and delivery commitments it describes.

What SixDegree reads from Gong

This page is generated from the connector contract in the SixDegree molecule registry. The entities below reflect the integration implementation, not a generic compatibility claim.

SixDegree reads Gong calls, users, accounts, and deals. For calls that includes the title, direction, start time, duration, and the linked account and deal; for deals, the stage, amount, close date, and owner. On demand it can also retrieve a call’s transcript and highlights, a user’s interaction statistics, and Gong’s deal warnings.

Gong accounts and deals carry their CRM IDs, so SixDegree matches them directly to the same Salesforce or HubSpot account and opportunity. Conversation evidence then sits beside the support, usage, and billing records for that customer, each with its source. Nothing about how reps use Gong changes; SixDegree only reads what Gong already captures.

Questions it answers with Gong

  • Which deals in commit have no customer call in the last 21 days?
  • Which deals with Gong warnings also have open support escalations?
  • Which renewals have had no call with the customer this quarter?
  • Is the deal amount in Gong the same as in the CRM opportunity?
  • Which late-stage deals have had only one customer contact on every call?

Use case: a deal that sounds fine and is not

A $180,000 deal has three calls in two weeks and positive highlights in Gong. On conversation evidence alone it looks on track.

SixDegree matches the Gong deal to its Salesforce opportunity and the customer’s Zendesk and Stripe records. Two P1 tickets are still open and the last invoice is past due. The deal is flagged with the conversation evidence and the two outside signals together, so the forecast review weighs all three.

The rep keeps working the deal in Gong and Salesforce. In the forecast review, the manager asks about the escalations and the overdue invoice before the deal stays in commit, and the rep goes into the next call knowing what the customer has not said out loud.
