How long is the design partner program available?
The design partner program is only available until we reach General Availability (GA). Once we launch publicly, these rates and benefits will no longer be offered to new customers.
What do you expect from design partners?
Regular feedback on your experience, willingness to try new features, and occasional calls with our team. We're building this together.
How long is the design partner program?
Design partners lock in their pricing at their current tier. As long as you're a customer, you keep your design partner rate.
What integrations are available?
We support dozens of integrations including GitHub, GitLab, AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Datadog, PagerDuty, Jira, Slack, and more. Starter includes 10 integrations, Pro includes 25, and Enterprise gets access to all integrations plus custom connectors.
What does BYOM mean?
Bring Your Own Model. All plans support xAI, OpenAI, and Anthropic models. Enterprise customers can also use Ollama for self-hosted model inference.
Do you offer self-hosted deployment?
Yes, Enterprise plans include the option for self-hosted, dedicated cloud, or air-gapped deployment with full data sovereignty.
